Gluten-Free Poached Salmon Recipe

This is a cold, poached salmon recipe that can be served with a chilled sauce, such as our gluten-free Chilled Cucumber Sauce. Perfect for a hot summer’s evening meal!

4 fresh salmon steaks
2 pints of water
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbs salt
1 bay leaf

1 lemon, quartered
2 tomatoes, quartered

Gluten-Free Poached Salmon RecipeIn a large frying pan, bring the water, lemon juice, salt, and bay leaf to boiling. Add the salmon steaks and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove the salmon to a plate and place in the refrigerator to chill well.

Serve the salmon with Chilled Cucumber Sauce and garnish with the lemon and tomato quarters.
