Gluten-Free Garbanzo Bean Dip Recipe

Garbanzo beans (also known as chickpeas) are a good source of protein, fiber, zinc and folate. So, this tasty gluten-free dip is quite a healthy way to party!
1 can (15-oz) garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 Tbs lemon juice
1 Tbs garlic, minced
1 1/2 Tbs tahini (sesame paste, gluten-free)
Salt & pepper
In a blender, mix the garbanzo beans, lemon juice, garlic and tahini to a smooth paste. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place the mixture in a serving bowl and serve at room temperature with vegetable crudités.
