Gluten-Free Beef & Pineapple Stir-Fry Recipe

This is a really quick and easy gluten-free Chinese stir-fry recipe. Serve with cooked rice on the side.

1 ribeye steak, thinly sliced with the grain into 1-inch strips
3 Tbs soy sauce (gluten-free)
1 Tbs chili sauce (gluten-free)
1 Tbs white wine vinegar
3 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs vegetable oil
1 Tbs fresh ginger, matchstick-size pieces
4 spring onions, cut in 1-inch lengths
1 can (8-oz) pineapple cubes

Gluten-Free Beef & Pineapple Stir-Fry RecipeIn a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and sugar. Stir in the beef and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Heat a wok or non-stick frying pan with half a tablespoon of the oil. Remove the beef from the marinade and stir-fry in the oil until browned; remove to a plate. Add the remaining oil; add the ginger and cook until golden. Add the spring onions, pineapple and beef. Stir for 1 minute. Add any remaining marinade and stir until thickened. Serve immediately.
