Gluten-Free Blue Cheese Dip Recipe

This is a great gluten-free party dip that can be made ahead of time and served with gluten-free crackers or raw vegetables, e.g. carrot and celery sticks, cauliflower and broccoli florets. Roquefort blue cheese works very well, but other types of blue cheese could be substituted if you wish. And yes, blue cheeses nowadays are gluten-free!

2/3 cup mayonnaise (gluten-free)
2/3 cup sour cream (gluten-free)
2 tsps lemon juice
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
3 Tbs chopped spring onions
1 garlic clove, minced
4 oz Roquefort cheese

Gluten-Free Blue Cheese Dip RecipePut all the ingredients in a food processor and blend. Set aside for 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dip.
