FDA Gluten-Free Labeling: We’re on the Home Stretch!

After nearly 5 years, the FDA appears to have come to a conclusion about the best way to label foods as being “gluten-free”. This has been very hard, because of a lack of definitive scientific data, but the decision will add a level of clarity to people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity, and will surely be applauded by most consumers and manufacturers in the U.S.
