Gluten-Free Sweet & Sour Sauce Recipe

This gluten-free sweet and sour sauce can be used to flavor any meat or vegetable stir-fry or it can be used as a dipping sauce for gluten-free Oriental Pork Rolls.
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 Tbs brown sugar
1 Tbs soy sauce (gluten-free)
2 Tbs vegetable oil
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp water
In a saucepan, mix together the pineapple juice, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, oil and pepper; bring to a boil. Mix the cornstarch with the water; add to the saucepan. Stir until the sauce is clear and has thickened.
